Grants for Speech Therapy Services

There are additional resources available that may help with the cost of speech therapy if it is not a covered service under your insurance plan.

The United Healthcare Children's Foundation 
UHCCF provides grants to children 0-16 that have a primary health insurance plan that either does not cover therapy services, coverage has been exhausted, or the cost of copayments are a financial burden to the family. There are some financial criteria in order to qualify. Information on the United Healthcare Children's Foundation grant can be found here.

Small Steps in Speech 

Grants are awarded to individuals from birth to 22-years and are not based solely on financial need. Set deadlines to apply are February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1. The applicaiton can be found here.
